Sunday screens in ten minutes

Most Sundays need the same five kinds of screens. With a short routine and a library you trust, one volunteer can have them ready in under ten minutes.

What a Sunday usually needs

A countdown for the last five minutes before the service. Motion backgrounds behind the worship lyrics. A title slide for the sermon. Verse slides for the readings and the passages the preacher quotes. A few announcement slides before or after.

Lyrics are not on the BeforePreach list. They stay in your presentation software, where your song library already lives, and sit on top of the backgrounds you download.

A ten-minute routine

Minutes one to three: open the library and filter by this Sunday's mood or season. Pick one countdown, two loops for worship (one calm, one joyful) and one text-safe still for the sermon and the verses.

Minutes four to six: download each one in your screen's shape and drop the files into your presentation software. Set the loops to repeat and the countdown to play once.

Minutes seven to ten: type the sermon title and the verse references over the still, check one slide on the real screen, and you are done. Doing this on a weekday evening beats doing it at 8:30 on Sunday morning.

One look for the whole morning

Pick a color family and stay in it. If the countdown is deep blue, choose worship loops and a sermon still that sit near that blue. People notice when the screens feel like one service, even if they could not say why.

Change backgrounds between songs, not between slides. A new background on every verse pulls eyes away from the words.

What the Studio will add

The Studio is coming. It will make sermon series titles, branded countdowns with your church's name and service time, verse slides, announcement slides and lower thirds in your own colors, typeface, logo and language. It will also join the whole Sunday set into one video, the Screen Reel. Until then, the library and your presentation software cover everything on the list above.

Questions

Do we need new presentation software?
No. The files are standard MP4 and JPG. We have step-by-step guides for ProPresenter, EasyWorship, Proclaim, OpenLP, PowerPoint and Keynote.
How many downloads does a Sunday use?
With the routine above, four or five. The Free plan includes 5 downloads a month. Starter includes 100 a month, in every preset shape at 1080p.
Can several volunteers share the work?
The Max plan includes 10 team members, so a team of volunteers can each sign in and prepare their own Sunday.
Will the screens work on our livestream?
Yes. The license covers livestreams and recordings. If your stream has a different shape from the screen in the room, download a second copy in that shape.
